7270 Syndicate (7270) is a closed community by design. The majority of our investors come from the unDavos Community or get introduced to us by current members and our advisors. Once the potential investment goes through our due diligence process, we prepare and send a deal memo to the members of 7270. We then host a series of Q&A sessions with the founders for potential investors to attend. Within 3 – 4 weeks, an investment is made with those willing to participate. We can use equity, debt, and hybrid instruments. We create a new SPV for every deal we syndicate.

Community, network, and deal flow.

We create a new SPV for every deal we syndicate. As the 7270 member, you are investing in membership units of the SPV, which invests in the deal on behalf of its members.

There are no membership costs for 7270. If you choose to participate in a deal, the pro-rata transaction costs, deal setup expenses, and due diligence fees are split among the syndicate members who decided to invest.

The investment amount depends on a number of factors, including the size of the allocation, investment type, etc. On average, the minimum check is $25,000.

Carry for the 7270 is 15%.

On average, 7270 prepares one to three deal memos per quarter.

Team evaluation (interviews, references, background check)
Product or service assessment, IP evaluation
Commercial performance and forecasts (business plan, financial model)

Customer & investor interviews, typically consisting of 4 to 5 in-depth interviews
